Preorder items are stated on the listings. All in-stock items will ship out within 2 days unless stated otherwise.

For art, it will vary by complexity. A simple chibi or mini-illustration can take up to 1 week. Illustrations can take 2-3 weeks.

For a full set of dice, the process can take up to a month or more.

I use a mixture of Apple iPad Pro, CorelDraw, Photoshop, and Epson Expression Photo printer

3D resin printer for masters, silicone for molds, and poured resin for casting. There are also various inks, powders, and inclusions!

Our charms and enamel pins are made by our overseas suppliers. Our stickers come from a company in the US.

You can purchase from our shop. However, any VAT and/or customs fees are solely your responsibility. We will not pay any fees nor replace goods returned because of fees. Buy at your own discretion.
