Commission Policies
Terms of Service
- all commission payments will be made in USD via Square Invoice
- payments can be discussed if total is over $100
- half/full payment is due prior to work beginning
- refunds will not be given
- works are for personal use only – additional fees apply for commercial use
- we hold the right to upload finished art to our social media – additional fees apply for private work
Process
- email us a description/references of what you’re looking for
- we’ll quote you the full price (including shipping, if applicable)
- half/full payment required
- for art, you’ll receive a sketch – for dice, you’ll receive a 3d model image
- approve or request changes
- work will be completed and final will be sent for approval
- additional fees apply if changes are requested after finals are sent
Usage & Copyright
- art may be used on social media if proper credit is given
- absolutely no altering of commissioned works unless discussed
- personal work found to be for sale without prior authorization will result in additional fees or takedowns
- absolutely no blockchain-related tech use, like nft
- absolutely NO use of AI training is allowed

Shipping
- Processing times vary by product, but most items ship within a day or two
- buyer is responsible for any VAT or customs/import duties
- after an order has been accepted by our post, it is out of our hands
- we cannot guarantee delivery times so please order accordingly
Digital Downloads
- downloads are available after payment has been confirmed
- all sales are final on digital items
Returns & Exchanges
- returns and exchanges are accepted on physical items within 14 days of delivery
- items must be returned in original condition or a restocking fee will apply
- buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- custom, perishable, downloads, and intimate items cannot be returned
